This Online Proxy must be received by the Inspector of Elections by 5 p.m. (Alaska Daylight Time) on Monday, June 2, 2025, in order to be voted for the elections at the Annual Meeting. Proxies received after the deadline will not be counted unless the Meeting is adjourned for lack of a quorum, in which event such proxies, if not revoked or expired, will be counted for the adjourned meeting.
